The short version. ForeverPaws is built privacy-first. As much processing as possible happens on your device. We do not sell your data, we do not use your pet’s photos or sounds to train AI unless you explicitly opt in, and we never synthesise your pet’s voice, face, or messages. You can export everything, or delete it permanently, at any time.
ForeverPaws (“ForeverPaws”, “we”, “us”) is a mobile application operated by Fortitude Omnis Group Ltd. This policy explains what information the ForeverPaws app and this website collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at contact@fortitude-omnis.group.
Four rules are designed into the product and do not change based on a setting you have to find:
ForeverPaws contains no third-party advertising and no ad tracking.
Photo and video analysis used to recognise your pet and build your timeline is designed to run on your device. Content that you sync, back up, or share with your Pack is stored in your private account using secure cloud infrastructure so it is available across your devices and to the people you invite. We use that content to provide the features you ask for — not to advertise to you and not to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Some features (for example, building your timeline or selecting the best frame from a burst) use machine learning. Using your content to improve or train our models is strictly opt-in and off by default. We never create synthetic media that imitates your pet — no generated “voice”, no generated images of your pet, no messages “from” them. Memory videos and similar features are assembled only from the real media you captured.
Content you add is private to you and the Pack members you invite, each with a defined role. Some features create links you can choose to share more widely:
ForeverPaws can surface gentle, non-diagnostic observations based on trends (such as changes in weight or activity). These are designed to prompt a conversation with your veterinarian and are never a diagnosis or medical advice. Health features are off by default and always carry a vet-referral framing.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Within the app, curation hides content rather than deleting it, so you can always recover it. When you delete content or your account, it is removed from active systems; residual copies in backups are deleted on our regular backup cycle.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or the CCPA/CPRA, including rights of access, portability, correction, deletion, and the right to object to certain processing. We use technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your memories is central to how ForeverPaws is built.
ForeverPaws is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where it is, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
