Welcome to ForeverPaws. These Terms are an agreement between you and Fortitude Omnis Group Ltd. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
By downloading, accessing, or using the ForeverPaws app or this website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you set up a Pack and invite others, you are responsible for ensuring they are eligible to use the Service.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use ForeverPaws for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except where permitted by law.
You own your memories. Photos, videos, sounds, notes, and other content you add remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, back up, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and the Pack members you choose to share it with. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for the content you add and confirm you have the right to add and share it.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Some features, packs, or storage tiers may be offered as one-time purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and/or the Apple App Store and Google Play, subject to their terms. Prices and what is included may change; we will make reasonable efforts to tell you in advance. Except where required by law or a store’s policy, purchases are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account or in the app.
ForeverPaws’ health insights are non-diagnostic and informational only. They are not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be relied on as such. Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your pet’s health. ForeverPaws is not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
Features that create public or shared links (such as Lost Pet Mode or Handoff) are tools to help you — you control when they are active and what they reveal. You are responsible for how you share these links and for any information you choose to make public.
We work hard to keep ForeverPaws available and reliable, but we provide the Service “as is” and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important memories; while we take protecting your data seriously, we do not warrant that the Service will never lose data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortitude Omnis Group Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. You can export your data before deleting your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws give you other rights.
